Rosemary & Garlic Flatbread Pizza with Burrata and Balsamic Tomatoes

How to make a 10 minute pizza from start to finish including making the dough, and there’s no compromise on flavour. Burrata is mozzarella taken one step further. It has a creamier texture as acts as the star of the show. The rosemary and garlic flatbreads take 5 minutes from start to finish. Simply top them with Burrata, tomatoes, salad, in fact any other topping of your choice!

INGREDIENTS

130g self raising flour
130g Greek Yogurt
1tsp baking powder
1 garlic clove crushed
1tsp chopped rosemary leaves
1tsp butter
100g tomatoes roughly chopped
1 tbsp Belazu Balsamic Vinegar
Burrata ball

Combine the flour, yogurt and baking powder in a bowl to make your dough.

Divide into two balls and flatten using your hands on a floured board.

Place in a lightly oiled hot griddle or pan for 1 minute on each side.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic and rosemary. Let the butter bubble a minute then brush on your warm flatbreads.

Top with the tomatoes, Burrata and drizzle with Belazu Balsamic vinegar and black pepper.
