Anna's Family Kitchen was inspired by my love of food and desire to feed my family healthy, home cooked wholesome meals that are beautifully presented and appealing but don’t require hours of prep in the kitchen.
Sticky Asian Chicken

Here’s a Friday Night Fake-away idea, or serve as a minimal effort meal next week. All the ingredients are thrown into one pan and cooked on the hob. Add a green of your choice and dinner is on the table in 20 minutes!
Serve with either rice or noodles.
Serves: 4
Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 20 minutes
Difficulty: easy
INGREDIENTS
8 chicken thighs each cut into 4
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
3 garlic cloves crushed
5cm ginger peeled and chopped
Bunch spring onions shredded
1 tbsp sesame seeds
100g green beans halved
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heat a tbsp oil in pan.
Combine all the ingredients apart from the sesame seeds, beans and spring onions and throw into the pan.
Cook for 10 minutes. Don’t move the chicken around too much in the pan. You want it to colour and caramelise on the edges.
Add a splash of water to loosen any sticky juices and throw in the green beans. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds and spring onions.
