Orange, Soy and Basil Chicken
Orange, Soy, Honey and Basil Chicken One Pot. Just as it says, all of these lovely flavours combined to make a really tasty chicken one pot. Just 7 ingredients thrown in the pan and roasted for 40 minutes if using bone-in thighs, legs or drumsticks. If using chicken breasts cook for 25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

8 chicken portions – I used thighs and drumsticks
2 oranges, one sliced, one juiced
2 garlic cloves crushed
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp honey
Fresh basil
Combine everything apart from the basil in an oven proof pan or roasting tray.
Roast for 40 minutes and finish with the fresh basil.
