Anna's Family Kitchen was inspired by my love of food and desire to feed my family healthy, home cooked wholesome meals that are beautifully presented and appealing but don’t require hours of prep in the kitchen.

Plum Crumble

I’ve used plums in mine but you could use blackberries, apples or pears. I’ve made a batch of granola for the topping. Half can be roasted and kept for breakfast during the week. The other half is piled on top of the plums and baked in the oven.

Put the plums in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the all spice, orange zest and squeeze over the honey.

Spoon over the Granola mix.

Bake in an oven at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Halfway through fork over the top so that the nuts and seeds don’t catch.
