Tuna Ceviche, Mango & Avocado Bites

Cheese Biscuits are such a great base for all sorts of canapés and bites. Here I’ve used classic Water Biscuits topped with a tuna zingy lime and chilli tuna ceviche, mango and avocado salad.

INGREDIENTS

18 Water Biscuits or Crackers
100g chopped fresh tuna
3 tbsp chopped mango
1/4 red chilli chopped
2 sliced spring onions
1/2 avocado chopped
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh mint to serve

Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl & leave for 10 minutes. Make sure the lime juice covers the tuna to cure it.

Spoon the salad on top of the crackers & top with a fresh mint leaf.
