Anna's Family Kitchen was inspired by my love of food and desire to feed my family healthy, home cooked wholesome meals that are beautifully presented and appealing but don’t require hours of prep in the kitchen.

Yorkshire Puddings

Who doesn’t love a Yorkie with Roast Beef? Actually, I make them to accompany every roast. I often make extra to reheat with sausages and the Cauli Cheese as a midweek meal. I’ve been asked many times what my tips are for a perfect Yorkshire – this recipe is (hopefully) foolproof. Make sure you get the oven hot (200 fan), use a good non stick muffin tin, heat the oil first, and don’t open the oven during cooking. And don’t use olive oil! Good luck!
